Aurea refers to the aura—the energetic field that surrounds and protects us, which I believe is the subtle current through which we connect with others. It is the energy we carry that enables us to project our intentions and ripple them outward into the world.

Asserta comes from the root of assertiveness: the inner force that moves us to speak, act, and stand with integrity. This is not aggression, but a feminine energy of justice, clarity, and strength—a natural confidence that allows us to be positively assertive, to project understanding, healing, and collective growth without force or harm.

Together, Aurea Asserta becomes a goddess of grounding and clarity. She carries Athena-like justice—swift, true, and discerning—with the torchlight of Hekate, illuminating the path of right action and guiding ethical behavior within the community. This energy not only brings you fully into the present moment, supporting hyper-focus and clarity of intention, but also gives you a grounded response rather than a reaction.

Formulation & Intent

Aurea Asserta contains 16 essential oil scents in a proprietary blend, combined with:

• Florida Water, revered for its cleansing properties and its ability to stabilize oil-based sprays
• All-phases Moon Water
• Intentions set for instant grounding, clarity, open-mindedness, and centered presence

This blend was developed over the course of three years of intensive healing, spiritual exploration, and nervous system regulation work, during a period of profound personal and interpersonal transition.

How to Use

This spray is intended to be applied as needed as a body spray or sprayed on the hands and brought towards the self – near the face, head, and throat, as a release, cleanse, or moment of silence.

For example:
If I feel nervous before an important meeting—especially one requiring clear communication—I spray my hands, bring them gently near my throat, and breathe deeply and slowly. I focus on speaking clearly and truthfully.
I then bring my hands to my forehead and over the back of my head a few times, breathing with the intention:
I think clearly. I express myself with integrity. I respond, not react.

This ritual helps anchor my nervous system, sharpen my intuition, and align my words with my values.

The Work Behind the Medicine

During the time I developed Aurea Asserta, I was deeply engaged in nervous system healing while remaining fully employed in demanding environments—both professionally and personally. I was learning to identify triggers, navigate conflict, and unlearn patterns of silence in the face of injustice, suppression, or misdirected anger.

I intentionally moved from “hope that heals” energy into a clearer knowing of my personal boundary energy—I can do better in myself for my environment, I observe, not absorb and respond, not react.

That transition was not graceful. I fought, failed, spoke too sharply, faltered publicly, and learned through experience. But through that process, I discovered that carrying a strong, assertive, energetic presence was what ultimately calmed my nervous system. I have learned that clarity is stabilizing, truth is regulating, and grounded assertiveness creates safety within the self.
